Join us on March 22 for an immersive hands-on wild food course set in a historic location in Erfurt. No prior skills are needed - just curiosity and a love for good food and nature. You will discover how to harness the power of early spring plants such as wild garlic, nettle and their seasonal companions - our local, natural superfoods. Learn how these vibrant green plants can boost energy after winter and how to use them safely and creatively in everyday cooking. Together, we will prepare a delicious seasonal multi - course menu in the Cooking Class Spring Cuisine, exploring creative recipe ideas for fresh, green energy boosts, ample techniques, and plenty of inspiration to take home.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If notice is given less than 24 hours before the event or in case of no-show, the full participation fee will be charged. This policy helps us plan the walk responsibly and fairly.
